NDTV reveals exclusive photographs of the third Ram Lalla idol, a contender for Ayodhya's grand temple. Sculpted by Ganesh Bhatt from a black stone known as 'Krishna Shila' in Karnataka's Mysore, the deep black hue adds to its unique craftsmanship. While the black granite idol by Arun Yogiraj claims its place in the sanctum sanctorum, a white marble creation by Satyanarayan Pandey, adorned with intricate jewelry, bow, arrow, and representations of Lord Vishnu's incarnations, finds a place of reverence in the Ram Temple. The 51-inch black granite idol is hailed for its durability, dating back 2.5 billion years.
