The upcoming Republic Day Parade in Delhi will feature a significant representation of women. For the first time, an all-women Tri-Service contingent from the Army, Navy, and Air Force will march along Kartavya Path. The IAF tableau, themed "Saksham, Sashakt, Atmanirbhar," will showcase 15 women pilots, emphasizing capability, power, and self-reliance. Flight Lieutenant Ananya Sharma and Flying Officer Asma Sheikh express satisfaction at the opportunity for women. The parade, with French President Emmanuel Macron as Chief Guest, aims to highlight gender inclusivity, with 51 IAF aircraft and 100 women artists contributing to the event.
